IĀ appreciate a fiery classic red, I do. It’s sexy, powerful, classic, elegant and even a bit trashy all at once. Basically it’s the definition of a woman’s secret color weapon. But on me, I just never thought I could pull it off. Maybe it’s the undertones of red andĀ pink in my skin, maybe it’s that I don’t like to stand out and draw so much attention with my outfit (in such an obvious way ā obvs, I want everyone to be obsessed with what I’m wearing but I never want my outfit to let everyoneĀ know that and I feel like red kind of does). BUT red is really big for spring, and I have to admit, I’m thinking of a giving it a go to break up my grey, black, and white palette. Ā It’sĀ a classic, for sure, but it feels so much more fresh this spring, and yet, like a red lipstick, it instantly makes you look chic and polished.
