If you’ve been following the blog for awhile, you know that one of my favorite things to wear in winter/anytime of year is white jeans. They’re a totally pain in the ass to keep clean, especially with kids, but they just always look so much more crisp and chic than regular jeans. And I’ve found that the right pair of white jeans will hold up pretty well and can be easily cleaned with a machine wash (I have a pair from J.Crew I’ve worn forever). When I have somewhere to go on weekends and I want to look a little more put-together but the weather is terrible, I always reach for white jeans. I love how they look with a chunky sweater and boots. They even make my heavy snow boots look a lot chicer and workable for a day or night out when the streets of NYC are too slushy and gross to wear anything but my Sorrel’s. Of course, IMO, there’s nothing better than winter whites, so I love wearing my white jeans with a creamy sweater. This one is a total steal. It looks so much more expensive than it actually is, but I also love a chunky fisherman sweater in white paired with white jeans and Sorel boots. This white jeans winter outfit is in heavy rotation in my closet all winter long and honestly, well into spring (I just swap out the boots when it stops snowing).
