It’s Thanksgiving week! I know I poo poo on Thanksgiving a lot, but we had such a great holiday. I had a few days off of work, which I really needed tbh, and I am feeling refreshed going into the weekend for the first time in forever. And of course, it was also exciting to have a somewhat more normal holiday this year, and official kickoff to the holiday season. We went to Andrew’s parents house for Thanksgiving and even though the crowd was smaller than in years past as we still navigate the Covid world, it was nice for the kids to play with their cousins and grandparents. James loves being with his big cousins, so he literally ate nothing but had the time of his life. Since I had a few extra days off this week, we got to escape to the lake for a long pre-Thanksgiving weekend, and then head back for some parties and prep. So you’ll see a random mix of outfits in my roundup of what I wore the fourth week of November 2021.
In fact, we already have had a few parties this week, which is a pretty telling preview for the holiday season this year. Tbh, I’m a little worried about how I’m going to keep up (and stay awake for everything). The holidays are coming super fast this year, but it’s one of my favorite times of year for sure and now I feel like it’s time to decorate (on the agenda for this weekend) and to start planning all the gifts and activities. This week, I wore a mix of casual outfits and dressier items for a few holiday parties and Thanksgivign celebrations. Here’s what I wore the fourth week of November 2021.
