There’s nothing I love more than a good off the shoulder top. I find shoulders one of the sexiest parts to show, besides maybe the back, and it’s such an easy way to show some skin and accentuate a body part that never looks bloated or fat. I used to dance, and I think my inner ballerina also loves showing some shoulder and highlighting the neck. It’s such a pretty silhouette. I’m so glad this trend is sticking around because I was so over going out tops and tops in general until it came around. Honestly, I find it really hard to find cute tops that I’m willing to spend on, but I find off the shoulder tops a worthy investment because you can wear them to work (at least at my office) and to daytime functions as well as for going out at night. Pair them with a skirt, jeans, cutoff shorts — they work with anything. And per popular demand, here are my favorites right now.
From top left:
This is a perfect going out top. I love this with black pants or white jeans.
I’m obsessed with blue florals right now. This is so sweet.
I like this pastel plaid pattern. It feels fresh for summer.
The perfect white top. I also love this option with ruffles and an asymmetrical neckline. This top would look great with a high-waisted skirt or shorts.
This is under $15 and so cute. At that price, I’m scooping it up in white too. And love this fresh spin on seersucker that will work with anything in your closet.
This striped option is perfect for work in a more casual environment. And this one for a little ruffle. I also love this striped option. Oh, and this striped top is so cute and the price can’t be beat – under $50!
I love this asymmetrical option for the Fourth!
This red option is festive for a bbq or party, or even date night.
I love this yellow print and the one shoulder adds an added layer for a night out.
This is a feminine option that will look so crisp with summer whites.
This one is super festive and fun for summer and for future beach getaways.
