Blazers are a critical component of any working woman’s wardrobe, but I’ve found myself especially reliant on them since becoming a mom. A blazer quickly dresses up any outfit — a dress, jeans, black pants, a skirt, you name it. Since I don’t have much time to think about getting dressed in the morning, I’m relying more and more on pieces that I can easily throw on and look put-together and that go with everything in my closet. My black blazer and classic navy blazer are on repeat in my wardrobe, but sometimes I want a jacket that makes more of a statement but still feels neutral enough to go with tons of items in my closet and to work for everything from the office to a preschool tour or dinner date with friends. That’s why I’m loving plaid (checkered?) blazers for fall. The pattern will never go out of style but it adds a little more style to a basic outfit and is the perfect boss lady topper to throw on over a dress but also looks just as good with jeans. This one is a steal at under $150 and I love the oversized fit, which feels on-trend and makes layering easy. I also rounded up some more of my favorite blazers that are perfect for work, weekend, you name it.

Yes, a blazer is a must-have in the wardrobe. This one is very pretty, and it is affordable too. Thanks for sharing.
